📋 How to get your Email & App Password

For Gmail:

  1. Go to your Google Account → Security settings
  2. Make sure 2-Step Verification is turned ON (required for App Passwords)
  3. Search for "App Passwords" in the search bar at the top
  4. Click App Passwords → Select app: Mail → Select device: Other → type "EngageNGrow"
  5. Click Generate — copy the 16-character password shown (e.g. abcd efgh ijkl mnop)
  6. Paste it in the Email App Password field below (spaces are fine)

For Outlook / Hotmail:

  1. Go to Microsoft Account Security
  2. Click Advanced security options → App passwords → Create a new app password
  3. Copy the generated password and paste it below
  4. Use smtp-mail.outlook.com as SMTP Host and port 587

For Yahoo Mail:

  1. Go to Yahoo Account Security
  2. Enable 2-Step Verification → then click Generate app password
  3. Use smtp.mail.yahoo.com as SMTP Host and port 587

⚠️ Never enter your regular login password here. Always use an App Password.

This is NOT your email login password. Follow the steps above to generate an App Password.
